Who we are

Your agreement

Send your brief before paying. We confirm suitability, deliverables, publication dates, total price, review process and terms in writing. Your order and written scope identify the work to be delivered. An automated receipt confirms receipt of payment; it does not itself confirm a publication date or an unaccepted brief. If payment arrives but we cannot agree suitable work, we refund it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP. Check the complete checkout total before paying. No physical shipping applies. Extra work is quoted and agreed before it begins. Introductory prices require an accepted brief and payment by 31 December 2026, 23:59 UK time. Later publication is by agreement.

Materials, ownership and permissions

You keep ownership of your original work. Supply accurate information and only materials you own or have permission to use, with required credits. We agree permission to prepare, edit and publish materials for your booked promotion. Permission does not transfer ownership. Recordings and trailers are linked or embedded from official sources; re-uploading or video reuse requires separate permission.

Production and publication

Production follows receipt of payment, complete materials and agreed start arrangements. You check factual details, credits and agreed image edits before publication. Revision scope and extra work are agreed in writing. Late materials or approvals may require a new date, agreed with you.

Honest promotion

Paid articles are labelled Advertisement Feature and promotional posts Ad. We deliver agreed content and publication activity, not guaranteed views, streams, followers, sales, bookings, positive reviews or playlist placement. Paid promotion does not guarantee roster acceptance or bookings. Features are intended to remain while the site operates, subject to corrections, rights issues or other justified removal.

Cancellation and problems

Our cancellation and refund policy applies. Applicable consumer rights, including 14-day cancellation rights, are preserved. We do not start within a consumer cancellation period without an express request. Contact us promptly if the service is not as described or delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains personal information processing. Marketing choices are separate from necessary order communication.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful.
