Promotional services
Our products are editorial and promotional services delivered online. Send your brief before payment. Scope, dates and price must be agreed in writing. If you pay before acceptance and we cannot agree suitable work, we refund your payment.
How to cancel
Email info@bestdj.uk with your name, order number and a clear cancellation request, or write to Hakan Nurhak, trading as Best DJ Podcast, 81 Boulthampark Road, Lincoln LN6 7SE, United Kingdom. No special form is required.
UK consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have a right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the service contract is concluded.
We will not start during that period unless you expressly request an early start. If you request an early start and then cancel, we may charge only a proportionate amount for services actually provided before cancellation, where the legal conditions for that charge are met. Your cancellation right ends after full performance only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged in advance that the right would end on full performance. Paying or accepting general terms alone is not that request or acknowledgement.
Refunds
Where a cancellation refund is due, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days after being told of cancellation, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without a refund fee. Any lawful proportionate early-start charge is explained.
Other cancellations and business orders
Contact us promptly. We review the agreed scope, work already delivered and any cancellation terms agreed in writing before purchase. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule.
If something is wrong
If we cannot deliver the agreed service, or it has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or as described, contact us. We discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or refund as required by law. Lack of a particular audience, stream or sales result alone is not failure to deliver agreed promotional activity.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
